Replyfold Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Replyfold handles information when you save and reuse your own replies.

Your saved replies

Your reply text, titles, folders and favorites are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Replyfold does not upload this content to our servers or include it in analytics or crash reports. It does not require an account.

Copy places the selected reply on the Android clipboard. Share sends the reply to the app you choose. Those apps and the system clipboard handle the content under their own settings and policies.

Optional reply keyboard

You choose whether to enable the Replyfold keyboard in Android settings. It displays saved replies and inserts a reply only after you preview it and choose Insert. It does not read existing text from the app you are typing in, record keystrokes, read your clipboard, or send messages for you. The keyboard process does not initialize advertising, analytics, crash reporting or push services. It blocks insertion in fields identified as sensitive or unsupported, including password and email fields.

Backups, exports and deletion

Your reply library is excluded from Android automatic cloud backup and device transfer. You can export a readable JSON file to a location you select with the system file picker and import a file you select. Exported files may contain personal or confidential text. Store and share them carefully.

You can delete saved replies in the app. Clearing Replyfold's app storage or uninstalling removes its local library. Exported files, clipboard copies and content already shared with other apps remain outside Replyfold; delete those copies separately. Disabling the keyboard in Android settings stops its use but does not delete your library.

Service, diagnostics and advertising information

The main Replyfold app uses Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Cloud Messaging, Google AdMob, and analytics, notification and remote configuration services hosted on Cloudflare. These services process installation and advertising identifiers, device and app information, IP addresses, crash diagnostics, and app interaction or advertising events to operate the app, diagnose failures, measure use and provide ads. App events describe actions such as saving or copying a reply; they do not contain reply text, titles, folders, search terms, imported filenames or text from other apps.

Push registration sends a messaging token, an installation identifier, app version, language, time zone and notification permission status to our notification service. Android settings let you control notification permission. Reply content is not sent in this registration.

Service data can be processed on servers outside your country. Its retention depends on the service, its configured retention and operational needs; uninstalling the app does not automatically erase all records already held by these services. The app includes Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads mediation SDKs. When an advertising request uses these partners, they may process device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses and ad interaction information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, subject to applicable consent and privacy settings. See Meta's privacy policy and Unity's game player and app user privacy policy. Including a partner SDK does not mean that partner serves every ad.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can manage the keyboard, notifications and advertising privacy controls in Android settings. When Google requires advertising privacy options for your region or consent status, a "Privacy choices" button appears in the main app to reopen the consent form. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by us, contact andyleeboo9@icloud.com. Do not send your saved reply content with a request. We may need limited information to identify the relevant installation; we cannot retrieve a reply library stored only on your device.
